Looking for some sort of web conferencing software

I'm trying to find something that I can use to remotely give a presentation. Something that I can use a webcam/mic with, but also have like a powerpoint slideshow going. I believe something along the lines of adobe connect would work, but I need something free. Appreciate the help.

for meetings online, I highly recommend Cisco Web Ex Meetings.
Sign up is free, but additions are optional but can vastly improve your experience for a cost.
